Kenya's Education Cabinet Secretary Julius Migos Ogamba opens the 54th ATUPA International Conference

EDUCATION Cabinet Secretary Julius Migos Ogamba opened the 54th International Conference of the Association of Technical Universities and Polytechnics in Africa (ATUPA) at the Lake Naivasha Resort, Nakuru County.

The Conference under the theme: "Revolutionizing TVET in Africa: Embracing Innovations for Sustainable Development" is geared towards having insightful deliberations and actionable outputs that will inspire fresh feeling among all the member states to work collectively and synergistically towards making TVET the "SKILL CAPITAL" of the continent to promote youth employability, mobility, decent work and lifelong learning.

CS Migos also officially flagged off the deployment of 2,000 trainers to serve in 242 TVET institutions across the country.
